Whilst selling comes easily to some people, for most it is a skill that takes time and effort to develop. Sales 101 offers a unique programme of In-Office Sales Counselling™ to develop and hone skills for senior people who cannot afford the time to attend a conventional course but nonetheless need to develop their sales skills.

Coaching is provided one-to-one, focuses on practical issues currently facing the executive and is scheduled to minimise impact on his or her working day. Sales 101 Coaching is based on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which is a way of looking at mind and body as a coherent system and optimising all of the facilities which are naturally present but which may need some development. Very often performance is degraded by 'limiting beliefs' which prevent optimum performance. By working one-on-one with coaches we help to remove obstacles to high performance and encourage a positive use of NLP methodologies.

Coaching is normally scheduled for a number of sessions over a given period.
